The Virgin Mary's appearances
ITINERARY: Antananarivo-Ambohimalaza-Soanarivo-Antananarivo
on Wednesdays : full day
Main features: the Virgin Mary
appeared for the first time on the 10th of November, 1990 to a striving
peasant catechist with 9 children, 130 kms to the north of Tana. A year
later, on August 15th, 1991 she appeared at Soanarivo to a 40 year-old
countrywoman whom she promised a twin sisters birth to be named Marie Clotilde
and Marie Claudine. Later on, she appeared again on December 5 and 23 December
1995. And once again on March 6 and October 16, 1996. Her last apparition
was on May 2000. Whenever you are ready, we'll take
you to follow step by step the extraordinary story of an appaled sinner
in the beautiful surrounding of the malagasy countryside, 30 kms east of
the capital city.
Depuis le 10 Novembre 1990, la
Vierge est apparue plus de 20 fois à un homme père de 9 enfants
à Anosivolakely, un village isolé à quelques 130 kms
au nord d'Antananarivo, et à une femme également paysanne
plus de 10 fois près d'Anjeva. Faites connaissance avec le témoin,
le site, les messages, et la beauté de la campagne malgache à
Soanarivo, environ 30 kms à l'Est de Tana...

The footsteps
of the Malagasy Kings
ITINERARY: Antananarivo-Ambohidrabiby-Ambohimanga-Antananarivo
on Thursdays : full day
Main features: this is an unforgettable
day, when we'll take you to visit Andrianampoinimerina's blue hill, Madagascar's
greatest "godly" King who is still worshipped in many ways by the various
categories and casts of the malagasy society. Visit the king's original
"palace" and the latter Queen's summer residence. Come to witness the "sacred
woods" by which the two malagasy greatest Kings, Andrianampoinimerina and
Andriamisara, concluded to the implementation of one of the world's most
"mysterious house".

anciens sites qui ont contribué à l'émergence des
douzes collines sacrées de l'Imerina, et à la formation graduelle
du Royaume de Madagascar. Visite des anciens palais, résidence d'été
des Reines, et tombeaux royaux.

The 32
year-old "reign" of a Prime Minister

on Fridays : full day
Main features: Discover the
birth place of Rainilaiarivony, one of the world's longest governing man
as Commander In Chief and Prime Minister of Madagascar. You will keep for
ever the overwhelming charms of his "talking" furnitures, and you will
indeed be impressed by the many presents offered to the powerful man on
different occasions by foreign statesmen. On special request, we can arrange
for the visitors to enjoy a tasteful malagasy "royal" dishes served at
his very table with all the genuine settings!
Rainilaiarivony, longueur de
nom significative qui a donné à son titulaire une destinée
tout aussi exceptionnelle en tant que Premier Ministre, "Commander in Chief"
d'une longévité exceptionnelle: 32 ans!...et qui a épousé
succéssivement les trois dernières Reines de Madagascar.
Ses immeubles sont devenus de nos jours des Musées, ou occupés
par des bureaux administratifs.

of the Aquarius Era
ITINERARY: Antananarivo-Ambohidratrimo-Ambohimanga-Ankazomalaza-Antananarivo
on Saturdays : full day
Main features : From small
scattered kingdoms, Madagascar emerged as a relatively united kingdom on
the 18th century, during the "wise" reign of Andrianampoinimerina, the
greatest of the malagasy Kings: the roots of his secret powers originated
from the "twelve sacred hills" which surround Tana. Today, you'll have
the opportunity to visit a couple of them with their traditional characteristics:
century-old ficus trees, old tombs, villages. And most of all, get to know
the undepicted virtues of waters, the malagasy royal fashion...
Le Royaume de Madagascar a puisé
ses fondements dans les décors mystiques des douzes collines sacrées
de l'Imerina. Au cours de cette journée, vous aurez l'occasion de
connaitre deux de ces collines que les habitants visitent pour recevoir

and Botanical Park of Tsimbazaza

to the mythical Gondwana continent, a summary of the Island's natural evolution;all
the protected species of Madagascar's plants and animals can be studied
here in a special setting fit for their reproductions. Observe the skeletons
of the world's largest bird (Aepyornis), the ancestor of all living lemur
(Microcebus),a vast array of butterfly collections, the birds sanctuary,
the malagasy orchids, specimen of the southern thorny plants...
